QUALIFICATION: All orders are subject to verficication of company's resale certificate.
MINIMUM ORDER: Our inital minimum order for any shipment is $150.00 and $100.00 for reorders. There will be a $10.00 FEE applied to all orders with amount less than $100.00d
Orders are preferred to be faxed by 3:00 PM Pacific time.
TERMS: Terms are Net 30 for qualified customers. Please submit three trade references in Dun & Brad. A cashiers check must accompany all other orders. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover Cards.

SHIPPING: All merchandise is FOB Los Angeles warehouse. We use UPS, Fed Ex, or common carrier, unless otherwise specified upon placement of order.
CLAIMS: All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be reported within 15 days of the invoice date.
FRIGHT CLAIMS: We can not be responsible for items lost of damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier in the event of loss or damage and we will assist you in supplying any information necessary for the completion of your claim.
UPS & Fed Ex CLAIMS: In the event of damage or open cases, please make a note on the delivery receipt and hold the original case in question for their possible inspection. Notify us immediately so that we may begin the process of filing a claim for your loss or damage. We will also be responsible for placing a tracer on lost or misplaced shipment.
RETURNS: A return authorization is required for all defective items for exchange or credit. A request must be faxed to us within 10 days from receipt of the merchandise. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
